Level IV Screening Information

Parents or guardians of students may initiate the full-time AAP Level IV screening process by completing and submitting a referral form. There are also optional materials you may submit to include if referring your student. All forms can be found in multiple languages on the Advanced Academic Program (AAP) Forms page of the FCPS Website.
